Beaglee Inc., (“Company,” “Us,” or “We”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when you use or visit the “yomoyo” online services in the United States (collectively, the “Services”).

• To prevent malicious, deceptive, and fraudulent activity on our products and services, and to prosecute those responsible for such activities;

• For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect your personal information with your consent, including, where applicable, to engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research.

3. Disclosure Of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information in certain circumstances, including:

• Affiliates: We will disclose your personal information to affiliates for purposes consistent with those described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide you with access to and use of our services and to help keep our products and services effective and secure.
• Service Providers & Others Providing Services To Us: We may disclose identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity, and inferences, as described above, for a variety of purposes, such as website and data hosting, providing digital content delivery services, customer service, advertising and marketing (including counting ad impressions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, personalization, and analytics), analytics services, security and performance monitoring, maintaining and servicing accounts, verifying customer information, research, data hosting, and data processing. We may use an unaffiliated payment service to allow you to purchase a product. Any information that you provide to a payment service will be subject to the applicable payment service's privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, a payment service's use of information collected through any payment service.
• With Marketing Partners: We may share certain identifiers (e.g., device and advertising identifiers and other online identifiers) and Internet and electronic activity information with marketing partners, such as for interest-based advertising purposes. The information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

The Company will establish a consultation service and respond promptly, sincerely, and appropriately to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information.
We will make efforts to appropriately implement the following measures to ensure the safe management of personal information.
- We have appointed a person in charge of personal information protection in each organization that handles personal information, and have clearly defined responsibilities and authority.
- In order to safely manage personal information, we have established internal rules and regulations and require all personnel engaged in the handling of personal information to comply with them.
- We will conduct periodic self-inspections and internal audits of the status of personal information handling.
- We regularly provide education and training on the protection of personal information to those who are engaged in the handling of personal information, and strive to raise the awareness of all employees regarding the proper handling of personal information.
- We implement access control to offices and compartments where personal information is handled, and take measures to prevent theft, such as locking the doors.
- We strive to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information by managing access to personal information and taking measures to prevent unauthorized access from outside.
